Jaap Wind
After completing my study Commercial Economics at HEAO Groningen, I soon ended up in the banking business. I started my career at Bondsspaarbank in Delfzijl and afterwards I became a Branch Manager of Verenigde Spaarbank in Holwierde.
From 1986 I worked at three different Rabobank branches where I have learned a lot of the various banking principles. During that time I managed several departments: Client Advice, Mortgage Advice, Financial Advice, Security Services, Private Banking and Personal Banking. Moreover, as a Business Advisor, I gained a lot of experience in the field of agricultural companies and small- and medium-sized enterprises. The last 15 years of my banking career I worked as a Manager and participated in Management Teams of various Banks.
During my career I continued to study and developed myself. I invested in various NIBE education schemes and I obtained a diploma in Assurantiën B (Insurances B). Besides banking education, I completed the study Business Administration in 2006 and Change Management in 2008.
During my career the passion for the mortgage business remained. I developed this passion at the beginning of my career and I have never let it go.
In 2009 I raised the IDzet Startershulp. With this company I help starters to make up their business plan and to get the needed financing.
I discovered that I really like working on a project basis. Projects gives me great satisfaction and provides the necessary challenge at each and every project.
Since early 2010 I work as a Senior Consultant for Probanco. My extensive banking experience and my specialty in mortgages are helpful. The challenge in each project is to make it work!
